Agreement to Terms
By renting a vehicle, you agree to comply with all rental terms, conditions, and applicable laws and regulations.
Driver Eligibility
All drivers must:
- Hold a valid and current driver’s licence
- Meet minimum age requirements
- Provide valid identification upon request
- Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
The company reserves the right to refuse service if requirements are not met.
Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles must be used responsibly and only by approved drivers. The vehicle must not be used:
- For illegal activities
- For racing or reckless driving
- To transport prohibited materials
- In any way that violates local laws
Rental Period
Customers are responsible for:
- Rental fees
- Applicable taxes
- Optional add-ons
- Damage or loss not covered by insurance
- Late return fees, if applicable
All charges must be paid using an accepted payment method.
Vehicle Condition
Customers agree to return the vehicle in the same general condition as received, excluding normal wear. Any new damage, excessive dirt, or missing items may result in additional charges.
Insurance Responsibility
Renters are responsible for ensuring proper insurance coverage during the rental period, whether through personal insurance or optional coverage selected at the time of rental.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the reservation. Customers are encouraged to notify the company as early as possible if plans change.
Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for:
- Personal items left in vehicles
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
