1. What Are The Pre-Requisites To Renting A Vehicle?
- To qualify, you need to have a full license from any registered province/state with a minimum age of over 23 years.
- If you are between the ages of 23 and 25, an underage daily fee may apply.
- In Ontario, you must have a “G” license to qualify. In addition, you must present a major credit card with the renter’s name.
- The destination must be mentioned at the time of rental due to insurance regulations.
2. Out Of Province And Out Of Country Renter Requirements
- A valid driver’s license from the renter’s/driver’s country of origin.
- A valid passport.
- A valid major credit card with the renter’s name.
3. How Does Car Rental Insurance Work?
If you don’t have your own transferable auto insurance, you should contact your provider to confirm your coverage before renting, as they won’t share details with us due to privacy policies. Without purchasing a collision damage waiver, you will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle. If you do choose the waiver, it will cover part of the cost in case of collision damage, with you only paying the deductible; however, it does not cover losses like theft, fire, vandalism, floods, or other natural events. We may also refuse rental if proper insurance proof is not provided.
If you plan to rely on credit card insurance, check with your provider, as coverage often has restrictions on vehicle type, value, and eligibility—commercial vehicles are typically not covered. It’s also important that your credit card account is active and in good standing, or coverage may be denied. For complete clarity, contact your insurance and credit card companies directly, or speak with our team if you prefer to explore our insurance options.
4. What are the business hours, and where do I Pick Up The Rental?
Business hours may vary by location. Please call the head office location for more details.
5. Is There Any Mileage Restriction?
Yes, mileage restrictions apply for local renters, with a limit of 200 km per day and 1,400 km per week. Any additional distance beyond these limits will be charged at $0.20 per km, or out-of-town rates may apply. For specific needs or exceptions, a Customer Representative can assist on an individual basis.
6. Can I Amend The Original Reservation?
Any changes to the reservation or rental may result in a change of rate or additional fees. Makes/models are examples only and are not guaranteed. If you require multiple vehicles for the same or overlapping time periods. The Customer Representative will be able to help.
7. What Are Rental Reservation Hold Policies?
Non-prepaid reservations are held for 1 hour from the original time of pickup.

11. What are the Toll Routes/Parking Tickets?
- The renter is responsible for paying all parking tickets and charges for toll routes used.
- An additional charge of a $50 administration fee may apply.
- If you have a transponder, it may or may not work with the rental car, as the registered plates differ. Please ensure you contact your toll provider for more details.
- Your credit card will be billed for the amount of the infraction, along with a service charge.
Pickup and Drop-off Questions
Can I pick up and drop off the car at different locations?
Yes, you may rent cars for one-way trips; however, additional charges might be applicable.
What are the pickup and drop-off hours at your locations?
The site working hours may vary with location; please refer to the website or contact us for further information.
Can I modify my pickup or drop-off location after booking?
Yes, in cases where required, changes may still be possible and are subject to availability and added costs.
What should I do if I’m late for my car pickup?
Please, on delaying pick up from our side, notify us urgently. Fail to do so and additional fees could be charged additionally for pickup after regular business hours pickup.
Can someone else pick up or drop off the rental car for me?
For insurance purposes, the rental contract will be enforced, thereby only certain people recorded as allowed drivers on the rental agreement can do so.
What should I do if I can’t find the drop-off location?
Nevertheless, it is recommended that you call or write so that our associates are able to provide you with a step-by-step guide.
Is it possible to extend the rental period during my trip?
Certainly, an extension may be organized. However, this is for certain that we must have ample notification to pull off warranting such an extension.
Can I drop off the car at a different time than originally planned?
Should customers arrive either early or late, this may affect prices or availability of service.
Can I inspect the car at the drop-off location?
Surely! The representative will thoroughly inspect the car upon return to know that everything is alright.
What are the most popular pickup and drop-off locations in Georgina and Sutton?

Can I rent a car and have it delivered to my hotel?
Delivery service may be considered upon request by the customer; therefore, the customer needs only ask for it.
How do I return the rental car if the office is closed?
Use the designated after-hours drop-off location and follow our return instructions. Cost may apply

Insurance and Policies
Do I need insurance to rent a car?
If renting a car, basic insurance comes with the package, or, additional coverage is advised for more protection.
What happens if I damage the rental car?
In the case of damage arising to the car that is not covered by insurance or damage waiver, the client may become responsible for relevant costs.
